Prashant Nalwaya is a result-oriented professional with over 17 years of experience in product development cycle, product innovation, engineering leadership, research, and development. As the Director of Engineering at Envestnet | Yodlee India, he manages a team of highly motivated engineers to build automated conversion capabilities for financial data aggregation of financial institutions. He is responsible for building the automation capabilities of the next generation of Aggregation platform where existing Java agents used for scraping data from websites are getting replaced with WYSIWYG tools. Prashant is a strong leader, team player, and motivator with excellent motivational skills to sustain forward growth momentum while motivating peak individual performance from team members. He provides strong governance to ensure standards and best practices are followed and demonstrated at every stage of SDLC. He is a key player in building the Roadmap version of the Data Aggregation Platform [AIM: Aggregation with Intelligence and Machine Learning]. Prashant has proven experience in managing, inspiring, and coaching highly motivated, high-performance cross-functional software engineering teams. He drives strategic innovation to generate new product ideas along with gathering insights across the teams within the organization. He spearheads the Software Development right from requirement analysis, designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining. In his past roles as a Senior Development Manager and Development Manager at Envestnet, Prashant played a key role in re-architecture of aggregation tooling to scale to 20-60x volumes with higher reliability and uptime. He also designed and delivered Kafka based aggregation agent streaming platform and made architectural recommendations to the current system. Prashant mentored and coached Technical Anchors in solving complex engineering problems and designed and implemented a centralized aggregation refresh simulation solution in multiple regions that led to the consolidation of 8 data centers application into just one. Prashant completed his BE in Computer Science from the College of Technology and Engineering in 2004. He has a diverse tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, Java, ML, test, Research Scientist, Software Engineer, and Kafka. With his relevant experience of 17.95 years, Prashant is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of software engineering and product development.
