Prashant Pandey is a Director of Software Engineering at TopLyne, where he is building a modern data stack to optimize the sales pipeline for PLG companies. He has over 9 years of relevant experience and has previously worked as a Director of Software Engineering at Dream11 and as an early engineer at CleverTap. Prashant is a firm believer in recognizing and affirming the dignity of every human person he interacts with, which he believes is the most important trait for success in the tech industry. He has a tenacious appetite for learning and staying abreast of the latest technologies and tools, and disseminating that knowledge to colleagues of all levels. He has proven leadership experience doing full-stack development of commercial products including front-end and server-side engineering. He has also built and managed a mid-large team of software developers and has a solid understanding of what it takes to get things done in a startup, ship code like yesterday, and build a team for tomorrow. Prashant owns and drives accountability for success (timeliness, velocity, completeness, quality, cost) of all product work and assignments and drives success of all work activities across multiple software engineering disciplines. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure that tactical needs are understood and that the work of the team(s) is clearly delineated and fully understood. Prashant's tech stack includes AWS, Android, Frontend, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Apache Airflow, Data Scientist, infra, Python, and Scala. He is also active on Kaggle, StackOverFlow, GitHub, and HackerEarth. Prashant holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and a Higher School Certificate in Science from Bhavans College. He has also been an individual member of Lead Angels, India's first privately owned angel network.
