Prashant Sarawgi is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 13 years of experience in the technology and fashion industry. Currently, he is the Co-Founder of Miraaya Fashions, a leading fashion brand that offers a wide range of apparel and accessories for women. Prior to this, Prashant worked as the General Manager - Strategic Accounts at Betterplace Safety Solutions, where he was responsible for protecting, building, and growing the company's wallet share and engagement with top strategic customers. He spearheaded new initiatives and opportunities in greenfield verticals and successfully piloted and adopted two new business verticals, including Managed Services, which now contributes to over 30% of the company's revenue. Prashant also served as the General Manager Operations at Betterplace, where he took the lead in managing and executing diverse startup operations. He set up the Operations team from scratch and enabled the team to deliver seamlessly to over 200+ customers, resulting in consistent revenue growth to 30 Crores ARR in the first 2.5 years. He was also responsible for hiring and training, vendor and partner management, customer relationships, quality management, and up-selling. Prashant holds an Executive Management Programme from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences. He completed his high school education from Faculty Higher Secondary School, Guwahati, and Miles Bronson Residential School. With his extensive experience in business development, operations, and management, Prashant has proven himself to be a valuable asset to any organization.
