Prashant Singh is a highly skilled Technical Lead with over 9 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering. He is currently working at Paytm, where he leads technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Prashant has previously worked as a Lead Engineer at FabHotels, where he played a key role in building and mentoring the team that created the PWA website. He implemented several cutting-edge features, such as A/B testing, Akamai Integration, Progressive Image Loading, and Image Compression module using AWS Lambda. He also created a monitoring dashboard for web page performance and moved the infrastructure to AWS ECS. Additionally, he integrated Blue-Green Code Deployment, Rate-limiting, and OWASP rules on Nginx, and built a Custom Network Security Module using Mod-Security to add an extra level of web security. He also created a Continuous Deployment Pipeline with Jenkins and IP whitelisting module using Google Spreadsheet and AWS Lambda. Prashant worked on improving mobile site performance, aiming to make it the fastest site in the hotel booking segment. Before joining FabHotels, Prashant worked as a Software Engineer at Meritnation, where he developed a progressive web app using ReactJS, which follows Google RAIL metrics and integrated offline features using server-side rendering, service worker, local storage, and indexedDB.
