Prashant Verma is a versatile professional with a multidimensional skill set and over three years of relevant experience in the fields of brand outreach and strategy, campaigns and promotion, account management, pre-sales, market research, client handling, and team management. He is currently serving as the Manager for Campaigns and Acquisition in ICICI Securities Private Wealth Management. Prashant is a self-motivated and ambitious individual with high work ethics and a methodological approach. He aspires to work with a growing organization to elongate his learning curve. He is well-versed in planning and strategizing marketing and branding activities, implementing partnerships, and tie-ups, acquiring customers with low CTA, and effectively reducing TAT. He also manages third-party vendors for campaigns, events, logistics, and collateral, manages pan-India NRI acquisition, and leverages this cohort to have a foothold in strong geographies. He publishes trackers, dashboards of campaigns/conversions, and databases of leads to various internal stakeholders for the team. Prior to this, Prashant served as a Management Trainee in ICICI, where he was responsible for account management, market research, investment strategy, corporate investment needs, and portfolio management. He also worked as a Marketing Intern in Quintessentially, where he organized and strategized the Tea Festival in Delhi, conducted market research, assisted in creating functional specifications and flow of the event based on the research, exercised client engagement and presentation to get them on board, supported clients throughout the pre-event phase to get their offerings in place up and running, researched brand partners for sponsorship and alliances, and designed electronic digital mailers for market outreach for the business vertical. Prashant holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from UIET, and completed his 12th and 10th from S.D Public School Jagadhri and Swami Vivekanand Public School, respectively. He is also well-versed in research scientist skills.
