Prashanth Chandrashekar is a highly skilled engineer, creator, and web3 enthusiast with a passion for bitcoin and value creation. He is the founder of Bringin and has a wealth of experience in building tools for creators. Prashanth's values include adventure, freedom, love, and value creation, and he has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of his clients. Prashanth was born and brought up in Bangalore, India, and moved to Estonia eight months ago. He worked as a co-founder at Bookman Labs, where he was part of a team of two bootstrapped entrepreneurs and creators. Together, they built four tools for creators. Prashanth joined Lastbit in 2019 as a Backend dev and was the second hire. He grew with the company to become a senior software engineer and built backend systems that enabled two bitcoin lightning payment apps, Last lite and Lastbit cards. He also worked on Striga-Greenlight, a self-custodial lighting node, and contributed to the Striga core API infrastructure that provides crypto custody, exchanges, IBANs, cards, and compliance as a service for crypto businesses in Europe. Prashanth participated in HackFs 2022 and built Interkt (interakt.club), a truly decentralized web3 native peer-to-peer video interaction tool using WebRtc, IPFS, Lit Protocol, and a smart contract to stream payments in real-time directly from one user's wallet to another. He won prizes from IPFS and Ceramic network for his work. Currently, Prashanth is working at Jericho as a builder. He has also worked at On Deck as part of their Founder Fellowship program, where he connected with a group of founders who are in the early stages of building their next startup. Prashanth has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from B.M.S. College of Engineering and completed his pre-university studies at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. Prashanth's tech stack includes web3, bitcoin, smart contract, backend, decentralized, EVM, software engineer, and infra. With 5.28 years of relevant experience, he is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who is passionate about creating value and driving innovation in the web3 space.
