Prashanth Shashikumar is an experienced QA lead and Scrum Master with 11.70 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Consultant at genisys group - infrastructure services, where he is responsible for performing system testing of critical scenarios, analyzing and approving requirement documents for testability, and creating project metrics and RCA. Prior to his current role, Prashanth worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at m. h. alshaya co. and as a Senior Tester at genisys group. In both roles, he demonstrated his expertise in requirement understanding, test plan preparation, test scenario design, system test case writing and maintenance, test case reviews, and defect tracking. He also mentored new team members and prepared daily/weekly status and test coverage reports for stakeholders. Prashanth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Telecommunications Management from Annamalai University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in P.M.E from M.E.S. He completed his high school education at St. Xavier's Boys High School. His tech stack includes test, QA, and SDET, and he is always looking for opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills in these areas.
