He is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Napier Healthcare, where he has led large engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy industry-leading products to global enterprises and partners. Prashantha is known for fostering a team culture of "Customer First" by working directly with customers and understanding their usage scenarios to fine-tune products. He has also led the adoption of Agile processes across global organizations and developed dashboards and metrics that have enabled teams to deliver products faster. His introduction of DevOps practices has improved the product rollout experience for customers, resulting in a 65% reduction in incoming customer incidents. Prashantha's quality focus has driven a continuous improvement in product performance, leading to an upward of 800% increase in concurrent users, reducing the overall cost of ownership. Prashantha holds an M.Tech degree in Computer Science from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and completed his 12th from Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School. He has expertise in a wide range of technologies, including dotNET, Android, ASP.NET, MongoDB, Jenkins, iOS, and more.
