Prasun Bansal is a finance, healthcare, and solar entrepreneur with over 15 years of relevant experience. Prasun has a strong background in advanced data analytics, market trading systems, non-linear optimization, defense offsets, topology optimization, prognostics, establishing and investing in solar plants, building aerospace models, structural dynamics, aeroelasticity, and composites. Prasun has worked for top companies such as Boeing and NASA, where he honed his skills in building aerospace models, structural dynamics, and aeroelasticity. He has also worked as an entrepreneur, where he used analytics to trade on exchanges across asset classes, including equities, currencies, and commodities. Additionally, he installed and managed solar power plants across India. Prasun's education background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Certificate in Stanford Ignite: Powering Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Prasun's past experience includes working as a Strategy Director for Hue Fashions, a family startup selling high-end fashion wear and trousseau, with stores in Mumbai and Bangalore. His primary responsibility was to develop long and short-term business plans and goals and objectives. He also set up the Bangalore store, from store identification to interiors and government permissions. Other responsibilities included handling day-to-day activities of the store, organizing events, interfacing with government departments for permissions and taxes, and fire-fighting to deal with whatever comes up.
