Prasun Prabhakar is a highly motivated and data-driven product owner with over 18 years of experience in product and engineering. He has a background in UX design for digital products and has focused on technology and leadership experience in building scalable platforms and distributed services in Mobile and Web applications, Navigation and Location-Based Services, and Payment Security products from the ground up. Currently working as a Senior PM for Bosch, Prasun manages the product team and the strategic roadmap for the mobility solutions business. He has built a high performing product team to deliver critical business initiatives and has effectively articulated and translated business needs to technology to build scalable customer-centric products and solutions. Prasun has collaborated and influenced cross-functional teams by building trust with integrity and extreme ownership. With his experience in executing both large-scale and fast product iterations, Prasun has successfully driven from vision to launch. He is open to discussing opportunities with rich potential for upward mobility. In his previous roles, Prasun has spearheaded the development of ‘BuildaBazaar’, a cutting-edge e-commerce SaaS platform at Infibeam. He has designed and transformed content management system, user onboarding, and checkout flows, and decreased onboarding time of a customer to less than 24 hours. At Wipro, Prasun was responsible for project delivery ownership of the designated features and managing a development team of 7 engineers. He developed Airbus A380 DIB (Director Interface Board) which communicates with the main CIDS (Cabin Intercommunication Data System) computer and the FAP (Flight Attendant Panel). Prasun holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathidasan University. His tech stack includes product management, design, Mobile, Web, and Senior Software Engineering. With relevant experience of 17.95 years, Prasun is a passionate individual who is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
