Pratanu Khajanchi is a skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the computer software industry. He is currently working at NoBroker as a backend developer. Prior to this, he worked at Simplilearn as an Engineer - Technical Operations, where he was responsible for building features/scripts to reduce ticket volume, development and production bug fixes, maintaining TAT, reducing escalations, and maintaining SLA.
