Prateek Bhatia is an iOS Engineer II at Venmo, with a passion for software development and a hunger for learning new technologies. With nearly four years of experience in the field, he is a quick learner who enjoys challenges and can work well under pressure. At Venmo, Prateek is currently the feature lead for the Credit Card - Refer a Friend project, and the iOS lead for the Crypto buy/sell experience. He is also the mobile lead for the Crypto post-buy/sell experience and third-party animated stickers Holler integration. As an individual contributor, he has worked on multiple customer-facing products, including Crypto, Venmo Credit Card, Holler animated stickers, and Debit Card Offers powered by Dosh automated cash back rewards. Prateek's expertise lies in iOS app development, mobile accessibility features, mobile release management, and remote feature control. He is also proficient in integrating various technologies to build solutions that can help people and companies in their day-to-day endeavors. Prior to joining Venmo, Prateek served as the President of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, where he graduated in 2019. He also completed his high school education at Modern School Vasant Vihar in 2015. Prateek's tech stack includes iOS, mobile, integration, and software engineering.
