Prateek Bhutani is a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New Delhi, with a focus on digital business build, fintech, due-diligence, product/digital strategy, digital transformation, and growth. He has worked on several key projects, including digital business build for an early-stage fintech startup, investor due diligence of a major OTT platform, product strategy and roadmap for a travel app, process automation for quality improvement in ITS, bid win-rate improvement using advanced analytics, data architecture modernisation for ITS, and revenue growth for modern retail. Prateek holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) and was ranked 15 in the Director’s Merit list. He also completed an internship with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) as part of Unilever’s Leadership Internship Programme. Prior to his MBA, he worked for two years as a full-stack developer. At BCG, Prateek is currently working on business build for a fintech startup, conducting due diligence of an OTT platform for a sovereign PE fund, identifying automation opportunities for delivery improvement, designing the GTM org of a leading IT infrastructure services company, and defining tech-enabled customer experience strategy and creating an agile implementation roadmap. Prateek has also worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Unilever, where he developed a model of on-ground activation for the brand to help women generate demand for their textile products and piloted Wheel Mahila Market stalls in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Aurangabad, Maharashtra, achieving target sales. He has also served as Election Commissioner for 28 Student Council posts, Speaker of the house in General Body Meeting, and Auditor of Student Council Accounts at the Indian Institute of Management. Prateek holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GGSIPU. His tech stack includes infra, and he has 4.61 years of relevant experience.
