Prateek Chaudhari is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse skill set and a passion for innovation. As the Founder of BhadePay, he is focused on developing innovative payment solutions that empower merchants and consumers alike. Prior to founding BhadePay, Prateek gained valuable experience in the e-commerce and technology sectors, including a successful stint at PharmEasy where he served as Manager of Retention and Consumer Analytics. Prateek's professional journey began after completing his engineering degree from the Army Institute of Technology, College of Engineering in Pune. He then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. Through his academic pursuits and early work experiences, Prateek developed a deep understanding of the technology and business landscapes, which has enabled him to create innovative solutions that address real-world problems. During his time at BigBasket as a Summer Intern, Prateek worked on a project that involved developing new strategies and revisions for the B2B Kirana business. He studied the sales scenario for the Kirana business of BigBasket Ahmedabad, developed an understanding of Kirana outlet dealer’s attitude towards Bigbasket, analyzed the performance of Bigbasket on parameters considered important by dealers for selecting the brand, and suggested optimized working for Sales officers in the Kirana business based on the field operations. He also delivered a report on the different working styles of the Ahmedabad market, performed warehouse operations, and observed the working of floor force to suggest interventions. His recommendations on Warehouse Operation strategies to decrease Turn Around Time (TAT) helped improve the overall efficiency of the business. Prateek's extensive experience and education have helped him develop a unique perspective on the challenges facing businesses today. He is a recipient of the Economic Times Young Leader award in 2016, which is a testament to his leadership skills and innovative approach to problem-solving.
