Prateek has a strong background in the banking and financial services industry, having worked at Syntel as a Business Analyst - FinTech, where he was involved in requirement gathering, creating BRD for Reconciliation Automation Projects (RPA), creating process maps, and gap analysis. He also acted as a liaison between business and technical teams, collaborated with US/Europe sales teams, and was identified as one of the young leaders at Syntel's acquisition and management leadership program. Prateek has also worked at State Bank of India as a Management Associate, where he worked directly with Mr. Pradeep Bajpai, GM- Consultancy Services cell SBI-Lucknow. He studied the performance of the solar power industry in India, analyzed its future prospects, and studied the financial viability of solar products in the state of UP for disbursement of loans for units in this industry. Prateek has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Operations Research from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karunya University.
