Prateek Gupta is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of CustomerGlu, a low-code customer engagement platform that enables brands to create and experiment with rich in-app experiences without the need for a developer. Prior to starting CustomerGlu, Prateek co-founded Marax, where he served as the Co-Founder and CTO. At Marax, he was responsible for building an action recommendation system for maximizing conversions while minimizing costs. He also worked as a Full Stack Developer at Marax, where he was involved in the development of a churn prediction system. Prateek has a strong educational background in Science Stream-Maths+Biology, having completed his +2 from City Montessori Inter College in Lucknow. He has also honed his technical skills over the years, with expertise in recommendation systems, dotNET, senior software engineering, software engineering, and infrastructure. As the CEO of CustomerGlu, Prateek is focused on building a low-code gamification platform that helps brands engage with their customers in a more meaningful way.
