Prateek is a highly-driven Engineering Manager with over 12 years of relevant experience in requirement analysis, design coordination, and execution supervision. He is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Amazon, where he manages a team of developers to scale Amazon Category Experience India and worldwide. Prateek is actively hiring for SDM, TPM, and engineers at all levels to create a great customer experience at Amazon. Prateek has a proven track record of successfully tracking product performance, identifying and correcting design flaws, and motivating support staff through highly interactive management strategies. He takes part in all design documents and helps identify the best technology solution by assessing efficiency, maintainability, operability, and scalability. Prateek has worked on various ideas for creativity to enable better debuggability, monitoring, and alerting for better system hygiene and productivity. He is also responsible for planning the roadmap for the team on a quarterly basis and executables on a sprint basis. In the past, Prateek has worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Hotstar, where he scaled the Disney+ Hotstar ecosystem outside India and led a team of 20+ developers to launch Disney+ Hotstar in Malaysia and Thailand. He also designed and managed the complete Self-serve Ad platform (for external advertising) and managed Ops platform to ingest Ad Campaigns, approval systems, invoicing, and reporting. Prateek has also worked as an Engineering Manager at InMobi, where he worked on the Creative Platform, which powers the complete Adnetwork and beta-phase DSP for InMobi. Prateek has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Delhi College of Engineering. He has relevant experience in Senior Software Engineering and Mobile technologies.
