Prateek Monga is a highly experienced product manager with a career spanning almost a decade. Currently, he is working at Google as a Product Manager for the commerce platform in Google Workspace. In this role, he is responsible for catalog creation, packaging, customer-facing CUJs, end-user license management, and billing management. Prateek is leading the strategy for bringing add-on offerings to core Workspace offerings for SMBs and Enterprises. He is also working on improving CSAT for Workspace Administrator across three tiers: Flexibility, Usability, Transparency & reversibility. Prateek has worked with Google in the past as well, where he worked on improving the Google Assistant experience on mobile devices for NBU countries, piloted voice-first experiences within Google Pay app in India, and led the Assistant Lite product roadmap & strategy. He also created a voice strategy and executed a roadmap for the recently announced JioNext smartphone in partnership with Reliance, working on 3 of the 6 marketed features of this phone. Before joining Google, Prateek worked at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager, where he owned, designed, and executed the launch of Amazon's integrated consumer credit offering in partnership with an NBFC. He also worked on developing machine learning models for extending credit to a large number of customers and owned Amazon's long-term strategy to expand credit coverage for the next 100M. Prateek holds a PGDM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Thapar University. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in product management, infrastructure, Android, mobile, and machine learning. Overall, Prateek Monga is a seasoned product manager with a proven track record of delivering successful products. He is a strategic thinker who can conceptualize products to address customer needs and execute their implementation with a defined GTM.
