He is the Founder and CEO of ColoredCow Consulting, a software development company that provides easy-to-use solutions for entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses, and nonprofits. In his current role as Co-Founder of Shikshanjali Edutech Consulting, Prateek is working to scale the impact of non-profits and government in education by implementing cost-effective technology solutions. He is responsible for laying down the infrastructure for the internal team and volunteers, building a web platform and app for partners, creating a marketing website, and other similar initiatives. Prior to his current role, Prateek founded ColoredCow, a digital product development and innovation agency that worked across healthcare, marketing tech, education, public, private, and voluntary sectors to increase the impact of projects, products, and services. His team empowered businesses, charities, social enterprises, and public sector organizations to reach more people, deliver services at scale, and make back-office efficiencies using digital technology. Prateek's impressive career also includes a decade-long tenure at NCR Corporation, where he played various roles such as Java programmer, Tech Lead, Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, and Campus Hiring. He was instrumental in setting up the India Development Center (IDC) and dealing with cultural issues. Prateek holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Kumaun University. He is a skilled Web and Software Engineer with expertise in NLP, infrastructure, React Native, AI, and ML. With 22.79 years of relevant experience, Prateek is a seasoned professional who has made significant contributions to the software development industry.
