Prateek Singh is an accomplished Android Developer with a passion for open source contributions. He is currently working as a Google Developer Student Club Lead at gdsc jecrc college, where he is responsible for organizing events and workshops to promote Google technologies among students. Prateek has also been selected as a GSoC'22 participant for AnkiDroid, where he will be working on improving the mobile app's user experience. Prateek's journey as an Android Developer began when he joined Localeyes as an intern. He was responsible for managing their Android app, which has over 1.5k downloads. During this time, Prateek honed his skills in Java and Kotlin, and gained valuable experience in app development. Prateek is a self-motivated individual who is always eager to take on new challenges. He was a semi-finalist in Imagine Cup 2020, a global competition organized by Microsoft to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students. Prateek's passion for open source contributions has also led him to work on various projects, including AnkiDroid, where he has made significant contributions to the app's codebase. Prateek holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jaipur Engineering College & Research Center, where he is currently pursuing his studies. He is proficient in Android development, Java, and Kotlin, and is always looking to expand his knowledge and skillset.
