Prateek has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, which he completed in 2020. He is experienced in driving customer calls and handling escalations diplomatically. He has great negotiation skills and has led his team with work. Prateek has also prepared release notes and released builds after complete validation to customers. His tech stack includes testing, software engineering, and integration. With 2.86 years of relevant experience, Prateek is a stubborn troubleshooter and a passionate learner who is always looking to improve his skills and knowledge. He is a strong command in Linux and virtualization, and has experience with bug reporting platforms like Bugzilla and Jira. Prateek's strong debugging skills and log analysis skills make him an asset to any team.
