Prathamesh Bandivadekar is an AWS/Azure certified Java/Scala developer with over 14 years of experience in the software development industry. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and possesses strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and out-of-the-box thinking. Prathamesh has worked across a range of domains, including payment industry, e-commerce (B2C), insurance, and social networking. He has faced many challenges and has learned from both his failures and achievements, growing more mature with every experience. He has worked on the Java stack for almost 11 years and has recently switched to the Scala stack, specializing in building product vision, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and DevOps. Currently, Prathamesh is working as a Project Manager (Lead Engineer R&D 1) with Finzly, one of the fastest-growing Fintech organizations. In his previous role as an Engineering Manager at Quinbay, he worked on a highly scalable, agile, and top-notch technical product that caters to over 1L+ requests per minute. He was responsible for building 17 of the 200+ microservices using Spring Reactive, which were then containerized and deployed on GKE with fully automated pipelines. He heavily utilized BitBucket, TDD, SonarQube, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence as project management tools. Prathamesh holds a PGDAC degree in Computer Science from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Dr. D. Y. Patil Pratishthan's Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Engineering and Technology. He also has a High School diploma from Sharadashram Vidymandir, Dadar, Mumbai, and an SSC degree from Balmohan Vidyamandir.
