Prathamesh Deshmukh is a seasoned technology consultant with over 10 years of experience in full-stack development across various domains such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Data Analysis, E-commerce Logistics, and Home Assistance Services. He is currently working as a Technology Consultant at Technogise Software Solutions, where he is actively exploring the Svelte JS framework and following clean code practices. He also handles tech leadership responsibilities at the company. Prathamesh has previously worked as a Java Web Developer at Mezzure Software Technology Pvt Ltd, where he worked with legacy code and complex products that dealt with custom data structures, in-house designed algorithms, and an extensive multi-threaded environment. He refactored even the core system designs whenever needed for better maintenance and extended the existing data processing and calculation engine with new feature support. He also worked with low-level excel sheet/CSV file reading libraries, dissected them to understand and built custom libraries to read and write the supported files in a much optimized and efficient way. Prathamesh also worked at Manugraph India Ltd. as a Software Programmer, where he collaborated with in-house functional teams to gather requirements for various modules and designed and developed more holistic dashboards that helped the functional as well as managerial team. Prathamesh holds an Engineering Diploma in Computer Science from Dr. D Y Patil Polytechnic and completed his high school education from St. Francis Xavier High School, Kolhapur.
