Prathamesh Jadhav is a highly skilled and industrious computer science professional with over 2 years of experience in software and web development. He is currently working as a Member of Technical Staff 2 at VMware, where he is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting scalable and reliable software infrastructure for customers. He is also involved in designing and developing test features for vSAN using Python programming and analyzing vSAN features and system performance with automated Jenkins runs. Prathamesh has a strong foundation in programming logic, math, and software/web development. He is a dedicated team contributor with excellent communication and leadership skills. He is always keen to learn new technologies and is willing to take on any task to accomplish task objectives. Before joining VMware, Prathamesh worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Ascension, where he implemented and modified Java Spring Boot microservices and created REST APIs. He resolved bugs from the front-end codebase using ReactJS and TypeScript, wrote unit and integration tests to cover all possible scenarios, and collaborated with the product team to create Knowledge Base articles. He also actively participated in all Agile ceremonies and reviewed code using SonarQube. Prathamesh has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. He also completed his Higher Secondary School from Fergusson College.
