Prathamesh Kadam is an experienced techno-managerial professional with a strong background in product management, business development, and pre-sales solution consultation. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VNIT Nagpur. With over five years of relevant experience, Prathamesh has worked across two business verticals - product management and business development at Zensar. As a product manager, he led the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zensar's digital product portfolio consisting of 15+ apps and portals. As a business development manager, he was responsible for technology sales support and account bid management for a key $10M+ account in Europe. He liaised with cross-functional teams, including solution engineering, pricing, legal, and delivery teams, to provide a timely response to 30+ RFPs and proactive proposals identifying and linking winning themes. He also managed bid collateral, created and updated standard account information for use in proposals, and created a dedicated microsite for customer presentations. Prathamesh has also worked as a summer intern in management consulting with KPMG IGH S&O. He has a diverse tech stack, including experience in product management, research scientist, software engineer, Azure, web, mobile, and UI. Currently, Prathamesh is a product manager at Jio, where he continues to leverage his expertise in product management, business development, and digital transformation to drive business growth.
