Prathamesh Metkar is a graduate student with over one year of industrial experience in system administration and support management. Prathamesh also handled incidents related to Office 365, service now access, Intune portal, and troubleshooted Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). He maintained the Incident Dashboard, created and managed MOM of meetings attended, and built test cases for users to troubleshoot on their end to increase productivity of the organization. Prathamesh is currently learning Salesforce and holds 7 badges in Reports & Dashboards for Lightning Experience, User Engagement, Salesforce Mobile App Customization, Lightning Experience Customization, Data Management, Data Modeling, Salesforce Platform Basics. Currently working as a Graduate Developer at Admiral Pioneer, Prathamesh is looking for full-time opportunities to apply his knowledge and skill set. He has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, Pune.
