In his previous role as a Product Manager at DeHaat, Pratheek developed a product roadmap and implemented features for the DeHaat mobile app to improve metrics like weekly retention and feature adoption. He worked closely with the UI/UX team and business to improve discoverability in the Farmer App. Pratheek conducted thorough user research via phone and field visits to identify problems and prioritize. He also built recommendation engines to solve for 5 advisory problems using Satellite data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine learning models. Pratheek conceptualized the Advisory offering for other Agri Business Partners to use it as a PaaS and SaaS offering. Prior to DeHaat, Pratheek worked as a Product Manager at Intuit, where he evaluated the current mechanism of adding employee details while configuring/managing Quickbooks Payroll. He was actively involved in user experience research to understand problems being faced by users in the US. Pratheek developed a product roadmap and strived to provide the best-in-class experience to users for automating income and employment verification. He was responsible for achieving 100%+ target for the users who could be the top of funnel for income and employment verification by selecting right cohorts and data points. Pratheek aligned with multiple stakeholders like XD, PM, PMO, Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Testing, and Engineering team to deliver the results. He engaged, crowdsourced, and validated ideas through sessions like PRS, D4Ds, etc. Pratheek holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing, Strategy & Technology from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He is proficient in various technologies, including product management, mobile, machine learning, research scientist, UI, test, SQL, QA, and integration.
