Prathviraj Shetty is a dynamic and performance-driven individual with a passion for leadership and problem-solving. With a track record of holding leadership positions at all stages of education, he has developed into a persuasive and efficient leader. Prathviraj has honed his skills in motivating teammates, resolving conflicts, mitigating obstacles, and achieving results. As President of Placements, he successfully managed over 150 recruitment drives and trained over 100 co-ordinators and volunteers, receiving excellent feedback from all HR recruiters. As Google's Applied CS Facilitator, Prathviraj had the opportunity to spend a couple of days at Google, learning and developing personally. He successfully delivered 2 workshops spanning 72 hours on Applied CS for a total of 60 students, receiving amazing feedback from the students. Currently, Prathviraj is the Business Unit Lead at Pentagon Space, where he leads a team of Sales Executives, Placement Co-ordinators, and Trainers to drive business growth. He takes care of the end-to-end learning experience of the students and shoulders P&L responsibilities of his unit. In his previous role as a Technology and Aptitude Trainer at Pentagon Space, he mentored and trained students seeking jobs in the IT industry. He imparted technical education to his students and groomed them to face interviews. He trained students in Java, Python, C/C++, SQL/MySql, HTML/CSS, Aptitude (Quants, logic, and English), and Soft skills. Prior to that, he worked as an Administrative Assistant at Panchami Distributors Private Limited. Prathviraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, where he graduated in 2018. He also completed his Pre-University education in PCMC (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science) from Vikas PU College, Mangalore, Karnataka, and his Primary and High School Education with 87.84% in SSLC from Padua High School, Nanthoor, Mangalore. Prathviraj's technical skills include SQL, MySQL, Python, Java, and C. With 5.03 years of relevant experience, he proactively dedicates time to sharpen his skills and believes that lifelong learning and hard work are the keys to becoming an impactful business leader.
