Pratibha Pandey is a highly skilled Remote Javascript Developer with over 12 years of relevant experience. She is a logical thinker who believes that programming is more about logical thinking than syntax. She is a quick learner and finds learning new technologies super interesting, especially relating them to her existing tech knowledge. She has learned a number of technologies over the years, including Javascript, Angular, React, React Native, GIT, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Liferay, SQL Server, MySQL, Salesforce, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Amplify, Sass, Jenkins, JBoss, and Weblogic. Pratibha is an individual contributor and a team player who has worked with various organizations in the past. She is also a leader and a mentor who has mentored many new and junior team members in her organization, helping them with the processes as well as technologies and giving them a humble start to their career. All of them became star performers and excelled in the projects they were in. Currently, Pratibha is working as a Senior Software Engineer at roofr. In the past, she has worked with organizations like udaan and crossover for work, where she was a Frontend Software Architect. At crossover for work, she used UI component libraries to produce high-quality production apps following a high-fidelity design and a specification. She also communicated daily with clients/product owners on new product features and feedback and integrated prototypes with real APIs to make the app production-ready and shippable. She has also worked on Salesforce and Amazon API Gateway services and handled CI/CD for the projects she was responsible for. Pratibha holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Amity University, Delhi, and completed her 12th from Modern Academy, where she studied Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
