Pratibha Ramchandra is a Transformation Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in business transformation and change management. She has a proven track record of creating value for clients across Global Operations using multiple levers such as Large Scale Technology Change and implementation, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Process Transition, Continuous Improvement, primarily in Banking and IT industry. Currently, Pratibha is working as AVP, Transformation Projects, FXMM Operations at Standard Chartered. She is responsible for managing the business project for Financial Market’s Global Transformation Program of upgrading the Trade Processing platform from legacy system to Murex3.1 across 20+ countries/markets spanning through ASIA, AFRICA, and the Middle East. Her key responsibilities include leading the project lifecycle for each country from business requirement gathering through monitoring the development plan, UAT, process Go-Live, and post go-live issue monitoring and support. Pratibha has previously worked with HSBC and Barclays Shared Services in various roles. As a Transformation Process Consultant at HSBC, she designed and managed Book of Works and transformation roadmap using multiple levers in line with the strategy and target for the business unit. She also collaborated with Operations stakeholders to drive initiatives to deliver efficiency and improve process standardization. At Barclays Shared Services, she implemented and delivered Continuous Improvement projects using lean six sigma methodologies leading to efficiency gains. Pratibha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Operations management from the International Management Institute - IMI and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering Chengannur, Kerala, India. With 9.44 years of relevant experience, Pratibha is a skilled professional with a deep understanding of business transformation and change management. She is a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering value to clients and driving continuous improvement.
