Pratik Ambhore is a highly skilled Head of Data Engineering with solid experience in application design, development, and maintenance. He is an expert in designing and developing ETL pipelines with serverless architecture using AWS and GCP Cloud services. Pratik has experience in building data flow pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, Kafka, and StreamSets, among others. He is also experienced in team leading and mentoring freshers. Currently, Pratik is a Technical Lead at Velotio, where he works as an R&D engineer designing and developing innovative, intelligent, and scalable products for customers in Cloud, Analytics, and AI/ML. In this role, he is responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for customers' data analytics needs in data processing, analytics, visualizations, and reporting. He also designs and develops cloud applications to support Automated Data flow, ETL, and ML Predictions using Python. In the past, Pratik has worked for companies such as Mphasis and Digital Healthbook Data Management Pvt Ltd. At Mphasis, he worked as an Associate Database Engineer, where he was responsible for database configuration, maintenance, and upgrade. He also worked on database monitoring, alerting, and performance improvement, data modeling, collection analysis, capacity planning, and optimization of access patterns. At Digital Healthbook Data Management Pvt Ltd, he worked as a Software Consultant, where he was responsible for solutions architecture, team leading, cloud server configuration, maintenance, and security, database design, development, and maintenance, development, testing, and deployment of web services and web applications, Android and iOS application development, testing, and deployment, and handling third-party integrations on both Android and Server as per project requirement. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. He also has a Higher Secondary Certificate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Electronics from Vivekanand Arts, Sardar Dalip Singh Commerce & Science College and a Secondary School Certificate in General Education from BSGM.
