Pratik Barjatiya is a Data Engineering and Data Science practitioner with over 7 years of experience in the field. He is an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer and an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer. Pratik is passionate about building intelligent machines and working on challenging data and scalability problems. He is experienced in driving and building scalable data-centric products and strategies. Currently, Pratik is a Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform at Zoomcar, where he is responsible for building the Next-Gen Data Pipeline & Query Engine for near Realtime, Reliable, Frugal and Intelligent Insight Generation. He is also working on unravelling associate and consumer behaviour at Zoomcar using the principles of Data Engineering and ever-evolving suite of ML/statistical models and empowering the business by building such insight-generating data science products. Pratik has sound knowledge and good understanding of Self-drive Cars, OTT, e-Commerce & Fin-tech Domain. He is skilled in utilising technology, statistics and analytics for effective data evaluation and finding hidden patterns and harnessing insights. Pratik has worked on building solutions for multiple Startups [Hotstar, Ridlr, AhaLife, VUClip, CitrusPay, Twiin, Udio] right from Bootstrapped phase to a fairly mature stage.
