Pratik Bhuite is a highly motivated and energetic full-stack Java developer with over 8 years of experience in developing robust web applications for high-volume businesses. He is currently working as a Senior Java Developer at QuinStreet, where he has demonstrated his skills in designing and developing multiple end-to-end websites for client-specific lead generation. Pratik is an enthusiastic team player with a desire to learn and work in a challenging environment. In his current role, Pratik has been promoted to Senior Manager within a year of joining QuinStreet. He has designed and developed multiple integration projects to forward leads to clients and communicate with leads in real-time. Pratik has also designed the flow to create a truly omnichannel Call Center (Voice, SMS, WebChat, WhatsApp). He has been involved in multiple recruitment drives for freshers and experienced Java/QA resources. Prior to joining QuinStreet, Pratik worked as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, where he was responsible for creating POCs to demonstrate the compatibility of CI/CD in the existing development process. He also led a team to migrate existing projects onto the CI/CD platform using Maven, Jenkins, and SonarQube. Pratik designed and migrated legacy C++ projects into Java 8 and Spring while removing Oracle Database Trigger's dependencies. He also created POCs to convert existing Soap Web Services into Spring+Jersey Microservices. Pratik has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from DYPiet and completed his High School education from Army School Kirkee. He has a strong technical background in Java, Web, CI/CD, Spring, QA, Integration, Jenkins, Microservices, and SQL. With his relevant experience of over 8 years, Pratik is a skilled and dedicated Java developer who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
