Pratik Gogri is a highly experienced Software Development Engineer in Test at Microsoft, with over 16 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, he is working on developing and testing software applications at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in Test. In his previous role as a Software Development Lead at Microsoft, Pratik was responsible for developing a three-tier application in WPF, where UI elements were data-driven with strongly coupled Data Access Control. He also implemented multiple UIs in MVVM framework using WPF and Silverlight and integrated applications with SharePoint and desktop gadgets. Pratik's additional responsibilities included improving application performance, Scenario Focused Engineering (SFE), Load Testing, Automated Unit Testing, and Continuous Build Integration initiative. Pratik was also a member of the development team for one of Microsoft IT's biggest projects in FY09, the Gladius Project. He developed a framework and application to suit the new business needs by replacing four legacy tools. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineer degree in Computer Science from Sardar Patel College, Mumbai University.
