Pratik Gupta is a seasoned CEO and Co-founder of Pluckk, India's first lifestyle-oriented fresh produce digital brand. He has over 15 years of experience in the eCommerce industry and has a strong grasp of the P&L aspect of the business. Pratik has a rich history of working with reputed companies and has held senior positions at Marico and Wadi.com (now MAF/Carrefour). At Marico, Pratik served as the Global Head of Digital & e-Commerce, where he was responsible for expanding the company's digital brands in personal care and food businesses through direct to consumer, e-commerce, and offline channels, both organically and inorganically, globally. He was also instrumental in leading digital transformation using digital marketing, data science, supply chain innovations, and automation. As the Managing Director & Founder of Wadi.com, Pratik built the #1 online grocery retailer in GCC. He started the company in 2014 and raised $97 million over a period of five years. In 2019, Wadi.com was acquired by Carrefour (Majid Al Futtaim). Pratik holds a PGDBM degree in Marketing (Minor - Finance) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BTech degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He completed his schooling from Springdales School, Pusa Road, New Delhi. Pratik's tech stack includes infra and data science, and he has 16.04 years of relevant experience. As the CEO and Co-founder of Pluckk, he is responsible for linking farmers and customers through a farm-to-fork infrastructure.
