Pratik Jain is an experienced product professional with a passion for improving the capability of individuals and businesses to have better conversations online. With almost 10 years of relevant experience, Pratik has a proven track record of building successful products in the fintech and conversation automation space. Currently, Pratik serves as the AVP Product at smallcase, where he is building for an actively investing India. Prior to this, he was the Director of Product at Convosight, where he aimed to enable millions of community admins to become entrepreneurs by providing them with infrastructure, insights, and an ecosystem to thrive in. He also co-founded Morph.ai, a self-serve, conversation automation tool that helps SMEs automate interactions with their customers on WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and website chat. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. He also completed his Higher Secondary education in Science from St. Gregorios Sr. Sec. School, Udaipur. Pratik's technical expertise includes product management, AI, and infrastructure. He has worked with various companies, including Sprinklr and Supertext, where he enabled enterprises to scale up their millions of one-to-many conversations happening over their thousands of social media handles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Wechat, and all other social channels globally. Pratik believes that conversations lie at the core of a successful business and that the ability of an individual or a business to have effective conversations makes achieving success far more probable.
