Pratik Kapasi is a highly passionate individual who is a software developer by profession and an entrepreneur by heart. With over 10 years of relevant experience, he is skilled in full-stack web development, distributed computing, problem-solving, and algorithms. He is also adept at people mentorship and community organizing. Currently working as a Software Engineer III (Search team) at Google, Pratik has previously worked as a Startup Success Manager and Software Engineer II (Search Team) at the same company. He has also worked at Flipkart and Razorpay in the past. At Google, Pratik was a part of the Google for Startups team where he helped startups with their challenges in tech, product, marketing, fundraising, and global expansion as a part of the Google for Startups Accelerator. He worked with Class 5 and Class 4 startups such as NemoCare, Walrus, LegitQuest, Zypp Electric, Blacklight Studio, Antwak, Navia Life Care, Leher, ZeoAuto, and Factors.ai. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology and has also studied at Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics. A quick-learner, enthusiastic, and hard-working, Pratik is always eager to take on new challenges.
