Pratik Khadloya is an entrepreneur with a passion for problem-solving and taking on challenges. He is the co-founder of EnthuZiastic, a company that aims to create quality people-to-people connections and solve common problems through the power of communities and self-help groups. EnthuZiastic fosters a new world of job creation through borderless collaboration and is currently live in the USA and India. Pratik has also co-founded EverestLabs.AI, a company that brings automation to the recycling industry through super-fast robots and intelligent 3-D tracking. Their robots work at the speed of 150+ ft/min and play nicely around humans, enabled by some of the same tech used in self-driving cars. He has achieved technological leadership in the hardest vertical of Recycling and Waste Management, which can be applied to other verticals requiring complex pick and place tech for moving objects. Before his current ventures, Pratik held various engineering roles at Roku, RocketFuel, Rackspace, and Amdocs. He was also the CTO at FleetPanda, where he helped streamline petroleum products logistics for fuel marketers in North America. He transformed the organization from a fuel distributor itself into a more SAAS-focused software and hardware solutions provider for large fuel distributors who delivered 10+ million gallons of fuel every month. He wore multiple hats, including leading software and hardware engineering, field operations, business development, customer communications, BI & analytics, and sales engineering. Pratik holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. He has 17.96 years of relevant experience and a tech stack that includes senior software engineering, AI, computer vision, ML, TensorFlow, neural networks, and infrastructure. Pratik is currently hiring across the board for EnthuZiastic and EverestLabs.AI and is looking for talented engineers with backgrounds in AI, machine learning, vision/cameras/sensors, mechanical engineering/3-D design and printing, cloud, and edge infrastructure.
