He managed and fulfilled Executive Search mandates such as Specialists, Business Heads, etc. as well as niche functions within DEWA by headhunting and engaging passive candidates. Pratik introduced Competency-based Interviews into the Recruitment and Selection process and suggested improvisations to management approval and on-boarding process for selected candidates with a view to improving Candidate Experience. Pratik has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ABC Consultants, where he managed multiple key/mid-senior roles and generated revenue to the tune of 800 K Dhs (FY 2015 – 2016). He managed key-accounts and revenue to the tune of 1.2 Million Dhs (FY 2015 – 2016) by effectively fulfilling roles/mandates received, effectively managing relationships & service delivery achieving high Net promoter scores (NPS), farming repeat business from assigned key-accounts. Pratik has an Associate Level 3 - Human Resource Practice degree from CIPD Qualifications, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Charotar University, and a Higher Secondary degree from Baroda High School (Alkapuri). He has experience in Search and is passionate about hiring top talent for the fastest growing pharma in sub-Saharan Africa.
