Pratik S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy, investments, M&A, fundraising, business modeling and analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, business development, strategic alliances, contract negotiations, program/project management, cross-functional engagements, and change management. He has worked across various industry verticals, including e-commerce, mobility, technology, retail, and financial services. Currently, Pratik is the Director of M&A Integration at 10Club, a new-age company that acquires, operates, and grows e-commerce first businesses. In this role, he is driving strategic projects, business strategy, new initiatives, and M&A, working closely with leadership teams across the organization. Prior to 10Club, Pratik worked at Ola, where he was a part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team, driving strategic projects like fundraising for business growth, evaluation of investment and M&A opportunities. He also managed strategic mobility alliances across key transport verticals - Airports & Metros. He played a key role in launching and scaling transit partnerships and defining Ola’s strategy roadmap in the India transit ecosystem. He was also part of the deal team for the acquisition of e-Scooter startup (Etergo) for Ola Electric. Before Ola, Pratik was a part of the Consumer Insights team at Aditya Birla Group, where he implemented customer-centric projects. He was a key project member that implemented the Net Promoter Score program in the retail chain business (MORE), scaling the program to ~150 supermarkets and 15 hypermarkets pan India. He was also instrumental in the launch of a similar pilot in the Asset Management Business. Pratik started his career as a Research Engineer at CDOT (Centre for the Development of Telematics - Central body for Telecom R&D), where he was part of a Government of India project. Pratik holds an MBA from XLRI and a BTech from NIT Bhopal. He is a Silver Medalist and was awarded a scholarship during 05-06 & 07-08 in NIT Bhopal.
