Prior to joining fynd, Pratik worked as an HR Executive at Credence Analytics, where he handled Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, HRMIS, and Culture Building. He also worked as an Engineering Trainee at itsource India Tech, where he was responsible for the 24*7 running of Server Applications, Maintenance of Applications, Handing technical queries of customer using these applications, and Generation of monthly MIS reports. Pratik holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Chetana's R. K. Institute of Management & Research, and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Mahatma Gandhi Missions College of Engineering and Technology, Navi Mumbai.
