Pratik Vaidya is the Founder of Chessbrainz Chess Academy, India's leading online chess coaching academy that provides coaching to kids from over 30 countries. He is a visionary leader with a mission to popularize chess among school kids across the world. Pratik leads a team of 100+ international rated chess coaches who impart chess lessons as part of their 'Early Stage Brain Development' program for kids starting from 4 years of age. Pratik's coaching program is designed to develop cognitive skills among kids and work towards the development of advanced analytical and logical skills among school kids. His USP lies in his team of international rated chess coaches, result-driven chess coaching program, regular exposure to students through chess competitions at state, national and international levels, and the development of cognitive skills in school kids. Pratik has over 10 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering. He started his career as a Senior Software Engineer at Siemens, where he worked for 2 years in the healthcare domain. He then went on to co-found Staptalk, where he was responsible for requirement gathering, product development, client relationship, strategy, and operations. His prime focus was on sales and marketing. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. He is a tech enthusiast and has a strong command of software engineering. Pratik's passion for chess and his experience in software engineering have helped him create a unique coaching program that not only teaches chess but also helps in the overall development of a child's cognitive, analytical, and logical skills.
