He has extensively worked on UX aspects for the Admin person to remove pain points and increase customer satisfaction. With over 18 years of relevant experience, Pratim has worked with several companies, including NICE and Redknee. As a Product Manager at NICE, he worked as a platform product manager for cloud solution platform, creating and maintaining the product backlog, stakeholder management, and engaging engineering. At Redknee, he was responsible for solution design for end-to-end systems for telecom clients, which involves CRM, Billing, Order Management, and charging platform.
