Pratima Tamang is an accomplished professional with over five years of experience in the field of engineering and business management. She is currently working as a Summer Intern at Michelin, where she is gaining valuable experience in the industry. Pratima has a diverse background, having worked in different roles in various companies. Pratima started her career as a Deputy Engineer at V-Guard Industries Limited, where she was responsible for maintaining the quality of products and streamlining quality projects with the help of Lean, Kaizen, 8D, and DMAIC problem-solving methodology. She was also in charge of SAP QM module transactions for raw material sample inspection and block stock handling. Pratima's contributions to the company helped improve the quality of products and increase efficiency in the manufacturing process. Pratima is currently pursuing an MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur. She has also completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Sikkim. Pratima's education has provided her with a solid foundation in both technical and business management skills, making her a valuable asset to any organization. Apart from her professional experience, Pratima is also an active member of the Skein- Operations and SCM Club, where she serves as a student representative. She has also designed a PIC Microcontroller-based converter during her summer internship at Indian Institute of Technology.
