Currently working as a Business Development Manager at Flipkart, Pratity is responsible for driving growth and developing new business opportunities. Her past experience includes working as a B2B Territory Manager at Cars24, where she successfully set up the B2B vertical for Karnataka and managed monthly P&L for the region. She also built, trained, and managed a team of 45+ size to achieve aggressive company goals on BD by strategic partnerships & procurement growing dealer base to 100+ from scratch & 40x volume in a span of 8 months. Pratity has also worked as a Senior Manager at Tata Motors, where she gained extensive experience in business development, B2B & B2C sales, strategic stakeholder alliance, marketing strategy, capability building, key account management, brand partnerships & channel partner development. She successfully built relationships with internal and external decision-makers, including cross-functional teams, business partners, and key stakeholders. Pratity holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biotechnology from Heritage Institute of Technology. She also completed her schooling from ISC and ICSE. With her expertise in research and search, Pratity is a Research Scientist and Search specialist.
