Pratyush Prateek is a Full Stack Software Engineer at Microsoft Retail Cloud, with a passion for software engineering and problem solving. With almost three years of experience in the industry, Pratyush has a wealth of experience in developing applications and services from scratch and taking them to production. At Microsoft, Pratyush has worked on various areas of software development, from developing performant frontend applications as a UI Engineer to designing and developing scalable backend components and services as a Backend Engineer. He is currently working on building the Retail Execution cloud at Microsoft, and is excited about the potential for this project. Prior to joining Microsoft, Pratyush worked as an Associate Software Engineer at ServiceNow, where he worked on multiple products in the Customer Service Management (CSM) application suite. He worked on both client side and server side features following test driven development methodologies, and made contributions to the Consumer Service Portal (CSP), Engagement Messenger, and reusable UI components for use cases of CSM. Pratyush holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He is proficient in a range of languages and frameworks, including Java, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS, SASS, and Selenium. He also has experience with dotNET, ASP.NET, Typescript, ML, Tensorflow, Spring Boot, Redux, Microservices, and Azure. Overall, Pratyush is a highly skilled and experienced software engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
