He has experience in building CRM workflows and pipelines to enhance customer support. Praveen has also worked on consultation and second opinion systems between doctors and patients. Prior to halfcute, Praveen co-founded CakeZone, a bootstrapped retail brand that is now present in 4 cities with 25+ kitchens. He also co-founded Soch3D, a cloud manufacturing marketplace with capabilities like instant price calculation from CAD files. Praveen has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
