Praveen Kumar is an experienced assessor, programmer, and program director at Creative Smile Autism Services. With over 12 years of experience in the field, he has dedicated his career to working with children who have behavioral problems, language difficulties, and a lack of social interaction. He is passionate about educating both children and parents using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. As the Founder and CEO of Creative Smile Autism Services, Praveen is responsible for programming and assessing children with autism and other communication disabilities. He also provides education to parents about autism and offers internal training for learners. Praveen has worked as a program director and assessor at Creative Smile Autism Services, where he used ABLLS assessment for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. He has also created programs for kids and adults, consulted with parents, provided parent training, and maintained and collected data for behavior modification. Before founding Creative Smile Autism Services, Praveen worked as a home-based programmer for children with autism and other communication disorders. He educated parents about autism and ABA, provided training using ABA principles, and taught play skills using task analysis to children who had difficulties with peer interaction and social communication. Praveen holds a PGDPMIR degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relationships from Bharateeya Vidya Bhavan and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Community Development from Sridevi Institute of Social Work.
