Praveen Manchale is an experienced IT professional with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. With 18 years of industry and teaching experience, he is an expert in Java, Spring Boot, Data Analysis, SAS, and Python. He is currently working as a Spring Boot Tech Lead at iBCScorp, where he leads a small team under the guidance of the CEO. Before joining iBCScorp, Praveen worked as a Technical Manager at ABC for Technology Training, where he was involved in hiring candidates for Java full stack developer/Trainer positions. He also worked on internal projects on Python and Java technologies and provided support to the Edutainment product of ABC. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Engineer at IBM, where he worked on two projects: RAMP and FFU as a SAS Developer. Praveen holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Missouri and a BE in Computer Science from JNU. He also completed his SSLC from PPEC. Praveen's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Spring Boot, Spring, Java, Software Engineer, and Python. He has 8.27 years of relevant experience and is passionate about applying thought processes for the improvement of the organization.
