At PayPal, Praveen served as a Software Engineering Manager 2 and was responsible for building Multi-Device experiences (Web and Mobile) serving 250 million+ PayPal consumers in 207 Countries and 26 currencies. He established OKRs and managed the delivery of features for PayPal Wallet in an Agile environment. He also managed and mentored Jr managers, software & quality engineers across multiple teams building scalable, distributed applications and Micro-Services.
